- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang. Grease lightly.
- Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions, mixing until just combined.
- Pour half of brownie batter into prepared pan, spreading evenly to corners.
- Crush Oreo cookies into rough pieces and sprinkle evenly over first brownie layer.
- Crush cookie butter cookies and sprinkle over Oreo layer.
- Pour remaining brownie batter over cookie layers, spreading gently to cover completely.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over top layer.
- Bake 35-45 minutes until toothpick comes out with few moist crumbs. Cool completely in pan for 2 hours.
- Lift brownies using parchment overhang, cut into squares with sharp knife, and serve.
Notes
For cleanest cuts, refrigerate brownies for 1 hour before slicing. Wipe knife between cuts. Store in airtight container at room temperature for 4 days or refrigerate for 1 week.
