Method
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth and thick enough to roll.
- Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill 15–20 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips in 20-second microwave bursts, stirring between each until smooth.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, coating evenly. Place back on parchment.
- Chill 20–30 minutes until chocolate is set. Store in fridge or freezer.
Notes
Add vanilla extract or sea salt for flavor variation. Decorate with crushed peanuts or drizzle with white chocolate for festive look.
